The course is ideal for people who want to integrate Qigong into their everyday life,
however, they do not have that much free time for a full practice lesson.
The short videos always have a topic that makes the practice varied.
In addition, you always get to know a little more about yourself and your body.
You will learn short, effective exercises that will relieve tension, bring you to rest, and renew your strength and vitality.
In this course you will receive a lesson every Monday and Thursday at 5 p.m.
that stays activated until Sunday midnight.
You can deepen the exercise, repeating them as often as you please, during this time.
The Qigong 20 min routine is ideal for beginners and busy people with little free time.

Qigong for the lungs, Qigong for the neck, Qigong and the breath, Qigong fire & water etc.
They contain a set of
tapping exercises, Qigong movements, acupressure and short massages.
The courses are shot in Full HD video and clear sound quality and are verbally instructed.
Lucy practices in different beautiful places in pristine and tranquil natural locations in rural Greece.
During the period you have booked, you can practice Qigong around the clock and as often as you want!
In this way, Qigong can be integrated very well into everyday life. This increases the motivation to do something good for yourself.
