Lucy Ratzel – Why do I pass on Qigong
When I was 30 I developed tinnitus. Already the year before, I had physical problems such as severe back pain, dental problems, frequent tonsillitis and emotional imbalance.
I had at that time a high stress stint and ended with barely tolerable tinnitus, dizziness, weakness and profound exhaustion.
My body showed me over the years more and more that the way I led my life, did not correspond to the way of my heart.
Since I did not hear it, I soon heard only one thing: this unbearable tinnitus.
The tinnitus forced me to contemplate, to listen inward – and my life changed.
I started to practice Qigong and got trained in Shin Tai (with essences from Shiatsu, Cranio Sacral, Chi Nei Tsang – organ massage).
This brought me more and more back to me and I began to flow with life and to discover my true calling. The symptoms disappeared – all of them. What remains is a hypersensitivity to noises that are not of natural origin. I avoid these places, and this makes my life more beautiful.
Given my history, I like helping others to live in a way that suits them and is beneficial to them. And above all to maintain their health and even more, achieve better health – both physically and mentally.
Not because I happen to know better, but by simply passing on these wonderful exercises that help people find their way back on their own personal path. And by following the path, we are following the DAO.

Take time to dream
this is the way to the stars.
Take some time to think,
that is the source of clarity.
Take time to laugh,
this is the music of the soul.
Take time to live,
that is the richness of life.
Take your time to be kind
this is the gateway to happiness.
